The entire staff on Level 3 is very devoted to their patients, and make the families very comfortable. They have shown great concern and kindness, making our family feel as though we were the only family, and yet they have so many other duties.

I spent ten weeks at Lord Chamberlain. I felt very secure and confident in the good care and companionship provided for me there.

The nurses and aides were professional and accommodating. Many employees went out of their way to make me comfortable: Dietary’s Donna Rooack, Housekeeping, Engineering and Transportation.

The food was wonderful and the facility clean and fresh-smelling. Jeannie McInerny was resourceful to a fault and Kyle Jackson kept us smiling and busy.

Physical Therapy, the main reason for my being there, was incredible. Frank Raccio keeps a tight reign over scheduling and the professional actions of his staff. I loved my therapists, both Jessica and Janice, as well as my aides, Anna and Robin.

My most unexpected pleasure, however, was seeing your interaction with both your staff and the patients at various events and especially, the general day-to-day activities. This, more than anything, accounts for the smooth operation you run and the attitudes of your employees. The low turn-over of personnel speaks to the manner in which they are treated.
